Yesterday was the last day on the calendar of the past. Tomorrow will be the first day on the calendar of the future. Today is both the first and the last day of the present. Use it well. -Israelmore Ayivor
30 Day Journals is a series of journals written to help people start their path to success one day at a time for 30 days. We offer health journals, empowering journals, spiritual enlightening journals, and, yes, we even offer journals specifically for younger audiences. We know the power of journaling and want to share that with others.
Why We Do It
If life was a book; every day would be a new page, every month would be a new chapter, and every year would be a new series.-Elizabeth Duivenvoorde
We love progress. We love helping people make progress. We create these journals as a way to help people feel empowered in their lives. Whether it is getting over a sugar addiction, drinking more water, smoothie fasting, or getting your finances in order, our goal is to help make that journey memorable. We help everyone track their progress and realize the growth over the course of 30 days. You can accomplish anything in 30 days!
Who We Are
Jennifer Prince is an author, educator, and entrepreneur. She works with young adults and adults to help them achieve their dreams of freedom. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, Jennifer became an educator and only after a brief stint in the corporate world realized how much education is a part of her purpose in life. She has a terrible cat who thinks he is a tiger named Woody and a dog who thinks she is a princess named Snoopy. Living life season by season, quarter by quarter taught Jennifer that every goal is achievable just by taking one day at a time. Allison Grunau is an entrepreneur, proud introvert, and day dreamer. Her curious nature has led her down many paths which has allowed her to open her mind to new ideas and concepts and to question why so many people end up settling in life. It has become her mission to help these people (including herself!) to not only realize that they are capable of amazing things, but to also help them accomplish amazing things.
